FIRE GRILLED PAN CON TOMATE

A classic spanish tapa made to perfection on a fire.

- 4 slices day old country bread
- 1 garlic clove cut lengthwise
- 1 large tomato cut into quarters
- Olive oil
- Fleur de sel
On the campfire grill grate or on your BBQ, grill both sides of your bread slices.
Rub each slice with the raw garlic.
Rub each tomato wedge on your bread.
Drizzle generously olive oil on the crushed tomato of each slice.
Sprinkle the fleur de sel.
Prepare yourself right away to have to repeat the recipe because everyone will ask for more!
